Typically a basement remodeling project takes 1-3 months, depending on complexity of the design.
What permits or approvals are required for basement remodeling, and will you handle this process?
In the event that we need to relocate a wall that is critical to the structural of your house, we will need electrical, HVAC, and plumbing permits. In addition, any basement that is “unfinished” will require a permit to work on.
Beaver takes care of all your permitting so you can focus on getting ready for your brand new basement!
